Anyone having problems with adobe Photoshop, video seems slugish as moving around, there are trails and lines.. in program, Only with Adobe programs

I run Photoshop CS and the only thing that is wrong for me is I have too right click and select "Run As Administrator" in order for it to start.. even though I am using an admin profile. The program runs fine though. Im using a Radeon X800 Pro video card.

What about, say, dragging one layer up or down, is it smooth?
I have Nvdia 7400 356mb, should be doing the trick

A note on the "Admin Profile" you refer to. You are not running as an admin. You are running as a user with admin priviledges. In Vista you have exercise admin priviledges consciously at the point they are required. Your experience is by design.

Doing all of that is smooth for me. My guess is it's something to do with your video card drivers. I'm using an ATI card (X800 Pro).. I think it's a 256MB card.

I do not think that there are NVDIA drivers yet for the 7400.. Anyone know about a workaround?
